My son was very happy with his lightsaber cake, but I am going to have to try this again and make it more authentic. Next time I will use fondant and make the lightsaber longer.

Mermaid Cake
This cake was for my daughter's 7th birthday. She had been watching Barbie and the Mermaid Tale and decided she had to have a mermaid cake. This was a very quick cake to make and turned out pretty cute.

Baby Shower Cake for Erika and Steve Bacon
Fondant covered cherry chip cake. The ears and snout are made from rice crispy treats. The eyes are chocolate chips.
